In person:

At events:
You are able to view items in person or meet with me directly at events. Please check the calendar section on this website or social media for event location and times.

This is THE number one question I am asked. And the answer is YES.

Your picture can be used for things like memorials, unique family photos, graduation/senior pictures, celebrity meet and greets, commemoration of a new home, and the list goes on.

Not all images are suitable for all materials. Generally, a photo or image should have good contrast between the foreground and background, have a central focus on the subject (though not always necessary), be clear with little to no ‘noise’ (blur, graininess, artifacts, etc), be in digital format or able to be scanned/photographed digitally.

As an independent maker, I reserve the right to accept or refuse any project imagery.

Due to the individual and customized nature of items, all sales are final and returns are not accepted for refund.
However, in some instances, exchanges can be made for identical items or store credit issued. Not all instances will qualify.

Personalized items correctly made are non-returnable.

Items which an approved proof is made incorrectly will be determined on a case by case basis with the customer, and either remade, exchanged for credit, or refunded.

We are not responsible for damages or delays in shipping. We will, however, assist you with filing a claim with your chosen carrier if needed.

Any information collected by Garden of Stone from you will only be used to contact you for your questions, orders, and other requests made by you, except where required by law.
Your information is NEVER shared or sold for any reason except where required of us by law. Any information you choose to share with us stays...with us.
We do reserve the right to share images of custom orders as deemed appropriate by us. Please let us know if you would prefer us not to.
We keep marketing efforts such as direct contact by mail, email, and text to an absolute minimum. Should you receive something and EVER wish to have your information removed, just get in touch and that will be taken care of.
